Abstract
Abstract
Micro-LEDs are the basis of attractive new forms of high brightness and high resolution displays. We discuss how broader conceptions and convergences with lighting, communications, imaging and sensing are emerging from this rapidly developing technology. (SS ML) Special Symposium on Micro LED

Abstract
Abstract
We present a tracking and alignment capability for use in mask-less lithography systems. Through the use of micropixellated light emitting diode (LED) arrays, fluorescent clusters can be identified and used as alignment markers at micrometer scale.
