WH1.1 - NEXT GENERATION IMAGING SPECTROMETERS ENABLED BY ADVANCED DETECTORS FOR EARTH SCIENCE/APPLICATIONS AS WELL AS SOLAR SYSTEM EXPLORATION
Abstract
Abstract
This paper presents recent imaging spectrometer instrument developments and results as well as examples of new instrument architectures enabled by next generation detectors for Earth science/application and solar system exploration.
WH1.2 - A PHOTONIC SPECTROMETER FOR ENHANCED SUSTAINABLE LAND IMAGING
Abstract
Abstract
Under the NASA Earth Science Technology Office Sustainable Land Imaging Technology program, Northrop Grumman is developing a fully integrated photonic hyperspectral imaging spectrometer. This talk will present progress on the instrument and optimization of the planar lightwave circuits for optical performance, packing density and manufacturability.
WH1.3 - SNAPSHOT INTEGRAL FIELD IMAGING SPECTROMETERS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SENSING AND BIOLOGICAL IMAGING
Abstract
Abstract
Snapshot integral field imaging spectrometers allow full-frame, instantaneous acquisition for high imaging speed, easy mosaicking and efficient light collection. This presentation discusses integral field snapshot techniques including Imaging Mapping and fiber bundle image spectrometers. Examples of biomedical, environmental imaging, UAVs implementations are presented / discussed.
