Abstract

Abstract

We report our recent work on utilizing nonlinear optical microscopy techniques to obtain diffraction-limited, large area, spatially resolved, multi-spectral images of 2D materials and resonant metasurfaces. Thickness dependence of harmonic generation from multi-layer Tin diselenide and spatially-dependent saturation effects in silicon nanodisk arrays are discussed.
