Abstract

Abstract

This study proposed performance of SiC-APD module in biological aerosol sensor system (BAS) instead of current PMT to detect harzardous airborne biologiclal components particles. The SiC-APD module integrated BAS has successfully detected NaCl, Tryptophan, Ovalbumin and fluorescence PSL particles below 10 um in diameter.
