We report on microring resonator with integrated photonic crystal that is capable of supporting discrete Raman signals with 7 orders of magnitude enhancement in the spectral range of 2-5 μm. The proposed platform can be used for advanced spectroscopic sensing applications.

Abstract
Abstract
We report on a mechanically tunable THz filter based on highly flexible and stretchable elastomer comprising metallic nanostructures. The detailed numerical studies show that the proposed structure provides band-pass filters with the linewidths of 23 GHz and 170 GHz at 0.15 THz and 0.825 THz,respectively.
