Abstract
Metal halide perovskite materials have made fast impressive progresses for photonic devices. Its solution-processability and wide substrate-compatibility makes the materials highly attractive for integrated photonics. In this talk, we present our work on perovskite LEDs, lasers, optical-memory arrays, and discuss the potentials of the technologies.
