Abstract
Abstract
Human spaceflight environment monitoring is traditionally performed via mass spectrometry and electrochemical sensing. Meanwhile, tunable lasers have been successfully employed in industry and research applications for half a century but not for human spaceflight. Advances in tunable laser quality and robustness now makes them attractive for human spaceflight.
