Abstract
Abstract
We describe the development of multimodal probes capable of acquiring fluorescence and optical coherence tomography signals through a single fiber. We demonstrate their use by ex vivo imaging genetically-modified cells expressing a fluorescent protein, allowing their distribution to be visually assessed within the airway.
