Abstract

Abstract

We will present light emitting diodes (LEDs) and lasers composed of metal halide perovskite semiconductors. They are capable of exceeding 17% external quantum efficiency, can be as flexible as organic electronic thin films, and possess tunable emission from the green to near infrared.
