Abstract
Abstract
We show that via engineering inhomogeneous electron temperature distribution in hybrid plasmonic nanoparticles and self-assembled metamaterials, accelerated or delayed nonlinear optical response can be designed with the enhanced Kerr-type nonlinearity. Combined with anisotropic properties of metamaterials, nonlinearity leads to efficient all-optical control of light polarisation.Presenter Of 1 Presentation
