Abstract
Abstract
Micro-LEDs for high-resolution micro-displays is ideal for direct view, augmented/virtual reality displays (AR/VR) applications. Technologies for realizing full-color displays are under intensive development for reliable and high-yield manufacturing. We adopted the monolithic approach taking advantage of microelectronic IC technologies to demonstrate full-color µ-LED micro-displays.
