Med Ed Ted Talks: Facilitating Student Engagement in Lectures Through Literary Structure and Design

In this session, participants will discover ways to integrate literary communication structure and design into standard didactic lectures to increase student engagement. Participants will have an opportunity to examine best practices, determine material applicability, and adapt literary pedagogy to meet their instructional needs. A case study will be included.
