Abstract

In this session, the presenters will review common communication barriers between residents and faculty and how they contribute to resident and faculty burnout; describe the components of a SWOT analysis and how to apply it to resident wellness programs; and develop strategies to improve resident and faculty wellness utilizing integrated behavioral health.
