Exploring Association Between School Clinical Skill Performance and COMLEX Level 2-pe Performance

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on associations of COMLEX Level 2-PE performance with clinical skills assessment strategies commonly implemented during third year of the medical schools such as standard-patient (SP) based performance exams (e.g. OSCE), and other subjective (e.g. work-place evaluations) and objective clinical skills assessments. The results can provide insights in designing and improving assessments of student clinical skills performance to better guide students in preparing COMLEX Level 2-PE and in supporting students' overall success in competency-based education.
